Im looking for a job, where the work environment encourage one to explore and experiment his /her into a profitable manner. Where will over look and manage day to day farm work, from managing the expense to harvesting of the crop,where you manage irrigation dam level, scouting of pest and chemical spraying, managing general employees, basic human resource, basic compliance requirements for export and feeling 100% ownership of the farm and employees. I would love to relocate and explore and study further with all citrus courses and workshop with CRI and other sponsors to equip more knowledge and skills. Thank you.
